Most of us work greater than 8 hours straight with little breaks, don't sleep well, don't drink enough water, eat processed food, don't exercise, and don't do any form of self-reflection.
What is your current trajectory? Where do you see yourselves in 10 years time, what will you look like? will you be in a wheel chair? in a hospital? dependent on others to look after you? will you have found any peace of mind?
Albert Einstein defined insanity as: "doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results". If you want different results for the future you need to do something different now. Buddha says if you want to know your past look at your present, if you want to know your future look at the present. Your future is charted by your current course of action.
