Why is it that new year's resolutions are always broken!

Ever wonder why New Year's resolutions are always broken!

Will power although a start in the right direction, is just that, a start.  How many people start off with great ideas and never finish!

The reason is very simple:  You don't think about what you what to change enough!

If you want something then you need to think about it enough, if you want to think about something enough, then you need the environment and company of what you want to in front of you enough.

Our degree of commitment is directly related to the degree of repetition we do about what ever we want.

Everyone is capable of repetition even Criminals, but the question is can anyone repeat what they want to change for the better!

Wishing you a Happy New Year Ahead, may it be a year of change for yourself and those around you for the better, may you value the things that matter most, and know that what matters most is the quality of love that you give, and receive, and treasure every single moment of your life...

Now I am off to the Sikh Temple with my family  in Virginia
