The Power of Qi Gong

I got a migraine today after several months, they had dropped off because of Yoga and Qi Gong, but it was a stress full week with lot of late night at work.

I did Master Li Standing Kuan Yin Qi Gong exercise, the pain vanished but came back at a lower intensity after half an hour, I did it again, and the pain lessened, I was able to get through thanks giving with a minor dull ache.

I have read that migraines are a restriction of Qi to the head, this stuff really works, and the best thing is that it is free! no drugs, no side effects, and nothing to take with you anywhere. The Chinese have perfected the technique of circulating the qi or the prana, as such maintain good health and a positive frame of mind.

It takes some practise and some guidance from a good teacher, but but it is fairly easy to learn. The key is relaxation, timing, deep breathing, presence, positive colorful affirmations and visualizations. Really very powerful stuff, one of the eightfold path of Yoga is pranayama. Qi Gong is pranayama, but distilled to an art, graceful, relaxing and invigorating!

The creator is such that such wonderous capabilities are kept locked in our minds, to use to benefit us and others.

Peace & Love
